Ready for Change?

During the Fall of 2019, Diane developed and facilitated a weekend mindfulness workshop that I can only describe as “life-altering.” The target group for the workshop was wives of veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder or operational stress injury. The transformation over the weekend for these courageous women exceeded any expectation I could have ever anticipated! The feedback from all the participants has been extremely positive.
