Mindful Monday: When Women Gather
I know I said I’d be taking a break from Mindful Monday in August…but I just can’t help myself—when inspiration flows, I feel compelled to share.
Last week, I hosted an event called Summer Reset, where a group of women—many of whom had never met before—came together in a safe and sacred circle.
One of the most powerful moments happened during a small-group exercise. The women were invited to speak their truth. When we returned to the larger circle, I asked how the experience had felt for them.
Their responses moved me deeply.
They were surprised by how easy it was to be real.
They said they felt safe.
They felt seen.
They realized they weren’t alone.
And they were amazed by how much they had in common with each other.
The energy in the circle had shifted.
Something softened.
You could feel it in the air.
I was shown once again how healing it is when we have the space to be honest—to be ourselves. When we’re not judged. When we don’t have to pretend everything is fine.
Then we each created our own piece using beads. What I loved most was how every creation was completely unique—each one beautiful in its own way, just like each of us. Different, unique, and beautiful, an expression of the Divine.
So often, when we’re struggling—feeling stuck or heavy or overwhelmed—we isolate ourselves. We hide our pain.
We listen to the voice of the Inner Critic whispering things like:
“You should be ashamed.”
“What’s wrong with you?”
“Other people are handling life better than you are.”
And we stay stuck—in shame, in silence, in disconnection.
But when we feel safe to speak our truth, when we are met with presence, not judgment, the Inner Critic loses its grip. The tension starts to dissolve.
We begin to feel lighter. More spacious. More connected—to ourselves and each other.
In a world that can feel so fast and disconnected, I believe that so many people are longing for meaningful connection.
These sacred circles offer something ancient, something essential.
A circle has no beginning and no end.
No one is above. No one is below.
So, while the weather is still beautiful, I feel inspired to host another gathering - Women’s Tapping Circle, held outdoors around a fire.
We’ll connect. We’ll Tap and meditate.
We’ll remember who we are—together.
I am limiting the number of participants for this gathering.

May we come together.
May we feel connected.
May we feel heard.
May we feel honoured.
May we celebrate who we are.
With love,
Diane
