We'll start with a guided meditation focusing inward on the breath, and tapping into peace and calm. With open hearts and minds, we'll spend some time journaling and reflecting before coming together in small groups to share with one another. There's great power and connection that comes from these circles of like-hearted souls; I hope you'll join us.

The Journey to Self-Love    4 weeks

Wednesdays: October 28, November 4, 11, 18

True freedom is when we are your own best friend. It’s great to talk about self-love, but it is far more fulfilling to experience it. Join us we quiet the mind, take time to reflect, let go of stress, move beyond limiting beliefs and open up our heart to the love, happiness and fulfillment within.   

This workshop is interactive and experiential.

Includes: meditation, mindfulness exercises, connection with other like-minded people, transformation
