Women’s Weekend Retreat

  • Diane Yeo Mindfulness London, Ontario Canada (map)

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to step away from everything and truly be?

To slow down. Breathe deeply. Let go of what you’ve been carrying. And create space for something new.

Nestled in a peaceful country setting, this women’s weekend retreat is an invitation to relax, release, renew, and reconnect—with your body, your voice, your inner wisdom, your passion, and the essence of who you are.

Over the course of the weekend, everything will be thoughtfully prepared for you, so you can simply relax and receive. Through meditation, yoga, soulful movement, sacred ceremony, sound, reflection, nature, and meaningful connection, you’ll have the opportunity to turn inward, listen deeply, and connect to your true essence.

You’ll also be nourished with delicious, wholesome meals prepared with loving care to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

Plenty of space to simply relax and receive.

No rushing. No expectations. Nothing you need to accomplish.

Come exactly as you are.

There is something powerful about gathering with a small group of like-hearted women. We share. We move. We laugh. We sometimes cry. We witness one another. And within that sense of connection and belonging, something can begin to soften.

Yet at the heart of this retreat is you and your own journey.

You may come needing rest. You may come ready to let something go. You may be longing for clarity, connection, inspiration, or simply a little more room to breathe.

Whatever brings you here, this weekend offers space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with what feels true, and return home feeling renewed.

Dawn Rovers
I believe every body is a yoga body and I invite you to come practice with me if you are longing to slow down, soften, and listen inward - creating space for rest, release, and reconnection.   Yoga has been my constant companion for over 2 decades now, nourishing my spirit and guiding my life.  After retiring in 2018, I immersed myself fully - studying, practicing and teaching yoga.  Today I am an RYT500 Certified Yoga Teacher with an additional 150 hours of Yin yoga training and more than 400 teaching hours thus far.  Yoga has become a passion of mine because of its quiet power to support healing, mobility, rest, and overall well-being.  Come, let's practice together!

Irene Arellano is a Guatemalan‑born ceremonial guide and medicine woman who carries the ancestral wisdom of the Mayan people in her daily walk. Her teachings come from her lineage and from the medicine passed down to her by her Indigenous mother,  a doctor and medicine woman whose healing was rooted in intuition, spirit, and ancestral knowledge. Through her offerings, Irene invites us to return to the truth that has always lived within us: we are the medicine.

Her approach blends gentle ritual, embodied prayer, and the teachings passed down through her lineage, creating spaces where community can ground, open, and remember who they are.

Michele Kujawa is a Certified Sound Practitioner, Reiki & Massage Practitioner. She is a dedicated soundscape artist passionate about guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. With a background in classical music, she blends Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, voice, and other therapeutic instruments to create immersive sound healing experiences.
