SimplyPresent™ is a 4-week mindfulness journey created to help you pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. Through simple yet powerful practices, you’ll learn to live more in the moment, feel grounded, meet life’s pressures with greater ease, and reconnect with the clarity, strength, and peace within you.
You will learn to:
Meditate and develop your own personal practice
Release stress and ease anxiety
Quiet your busy mind and calm your body
Soothe your nervous system and feel more grounded
Be more present and aware as you go about your day
Welcome your emotions with compassion, rather than avoiding or resisting them
Notice and shift unhelpful self-talk
Practice self-kindness and genuine self-compassion

Respond thoughtfully instead of reacting automatically
