You’re invited to join a supportive and transformative 5-week experience where we release stress from the mind and body, soften limiting beliefs, and explore the patterns we’ve developed—both from this lifetime and those we may have inherited.
Through EFT Tapping, guided meditation, and self-reflection, you’ll begin to untangle what no longer serves you—creating space for clarity, calm, courage, inspiration, and a deeper sense of freedom.
In this 5-week journey, you will:
• Experience the power of Tapping (EFT)—a simple, effective, evidence-based practice that calms the nervous system and helps release stress and emotional blocks
• Gently explore patterns shaped by your life experiences, as well as those that may have been passed down through your family line
• Release anxiety, tension, and beliefs that are no longer yours to carry
• Create space for peace, presence, and a deeper connection to your true essence
• Gain clarity and courage to follow what your heart is truly calling you toward
• Be guided through meditations that support deep relaxation and integration
• Connect in a supportive, nurturing circle of women
