Women's Tapping Circle

  • Diane Yeo Mindfulness London, Ontario Canada (map)

Relax. Release. Reclaim Your Power.

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening outdoors, gathered in a sacred women’s circle around the fire—where transformation begins.

Reconnect with your true essence—your wholeness, your wisdom, your wild and worthy self.

Together, we’ll experience the power of Tapping (EFT)—a simple, evidence-based technique that helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release emotional blocks, and release old conditioning and limiting beliefs.

We’ll explore how we’ve been conditioned as women—pressured to be a certain way, to hide parts of ourselves, to be a good girl or not shine too bright, to carry what was never ours to begin with. Through guided Tapping, we will gently and powerfully release what is ready to be released and what no longer serves us.

We’ll close with a deeply relaxing meditation to integrate the shifts and ground in our body.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and supported by the strength of sisterhood.

A circle has no beginning and no end—no one above, no one below. We heal together.

What Is Tapping (aka EFT/ Emotional Freedom Technique)

Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a powerful, evidence-based mind-body practice that blends ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. It is one of the most effective techniques for releasing stress, anxiety, fear, and limiting beliefs that keep us feeling stuck.

The technique involves gently tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points of the body while focusing on an emotion, physical sensation, or challenge. According to Chinese medicine, the body's energy flows along pathways called meridians. When we experience emotional distress, this energy can become blocked, creating a sense of imbalance.

After just a few rounds of tapping, people often report feeling lighter and calmer and able to breathe more easily – almost as if they now have more space inside. They also report their thinking has changed, they have gained new insights or that they are feeling better, overall.

How Does Tapping Help?

We often wonder why we react irrationally, feel triggered, or sabotage ourselves, even when we logically know better. This is because these patterns aren’t just logical—they’re rooted in the subconscious mind. Tapping helps bring awareness to these deep-seated beliefs and past experiences, allowing us to release emotional charges and break free from painful cycles and limiting beliefs.

While past events remain part of our history, EFT helps change our perception and emotional response to them. This means we no longer feel trapped by limiting beliefs or past experiences that create emotional, mental, or physical disturbances.
