Mindful Monday: When you are in the flow
Do you ever have one of those days when you feel like you are totally ‘in the flow’?
When synchronicities happen left, right and center; you meet the right people at the right time, and everything seems effortless.
How does this make you feel?
Do you say “I can’t believe this just happened to me.”
Or do you say “I CAN believe this happened to me, and I am open to experiencing more!”
What if...it was more the norm to be in the flow?
This will be your reality when you have a mindfulness practice.
When you have a mindfulness practice you build a mental resilience. (this is scientifically proven) You are able to live more in the moment and go with the flow.
Sometimes we can be rigid in our ways. We don't like change and we can get so caught up trying to control everything.
Not only does that take a lot of energy, but the resistance will actually cause us to stay stuck for a lot longer than necessary.

Where are you controlling things in your life?
How does that feel? Are you staying stuck as a result?
